Holiday Fill in the Blank with Avery Elle

My talented teammate, JJ Bolton continues her Fill in the Blank series
with a versatile holiday set. This clear set has coordinating dies
that make for quick holiday card making.

I die cut the "MERRY" plate in three different colors, popped them up,
and gold embossed "Christmas".

After using the negative portion, I made a second card with the letters
and paired them with the Christmas icons. No sentiment was necessary
for the card because the icons speak "Christmas", don't they?

Make sure you stop by Nina's blog to see her Avery Elle project.

CAS(E) this Sketch 47

(Note: Please scroll down or click here for Avery Elle's Release Hop. Thank you!)

Here's CAS(E) this Sketch 47 by Chrissy Larson.

It's a fun one, huh? And here's my very literal take on it.

I die cut some card stock in rainbow colors with Papertrey Ink's zigzag die
and adhered them to a kraft card base along with some matching colored
enamel dots. The sentiment is from Paper Smooches.

Visit CAS(E) this Sketch to see how the rest of the design team
interpreted this very cool sketch and join us if you can.
Be sure to link up your cards by Thursday, October 3rd.

CFC115 & CASology 63

This week's challenge at CASual Fridays is to use fall colors
and at least one leaf on your clean and simple project.

And the cue word at CASology is AUTUMN.
Here's my one layer card to cover both challenges.

I used a leaf stamp from Paper Smooches, inked it in three different colors
of distress ink and spritzed it each time with some water before stamping it
on watercolor paper. The sentiment is from Jane's Doodles.
Lastly, I scored some lines at the top and my card was done.

Love it when a card covers two challenges!

Moxie Fab World--Sticker & Tape Challenge

My stockpile of washi tape nudged me to enter Moxie Fab World's
Sticker and Tape Challenge. Here's my card.

I layered different colors of washi tape on card stock then die cut
some feathers and attached them to a card. The sentiment is from Jane's Doodles.

I was tempted to add a few enamel dots or sequins but I thought I'd let
the washi tape take the spotlight.

Oh, and here's a shot of my washi tape inventory.

Since then, a sweet friend gifted me with more.

Ah, yes, I am a washi tape addict.

If you have some washi tape or stickers, join the fun at Moxie Fab World.
You have until October 21st to enter here, and the prize is a copy of'
Handmade Cards which is packed with awesomeness!
